Essential Duties :
- Customer focused professional that coordinates with different locations (e.g. embassies, consulates, and domestic offices) and people to process shipments through the approved flows.
- Delivery of materials to various locations (e.g. embassies, consulates, and domestic offices). This includes driving responsibilities.
- Will perform duties in order to expedite the flow of material and parts.
- Ensures that supplies and inventory are ordered, received, replenished, and kept at appropriate levels.
- Participates in new and standard part number creation.
- Monitors inventory levels to ensure consistency with forecasted demand and inventory goals for common stock items.
- Participates in the disposition of non-conforming material.
- Arranges for reservation and transfer of materials to meet production schedules.
