What You Will Do : Motion Graphics (MG) Design Consultants are instrumental in creating impactful digital experiences and products for our commercial and public sector clients.
Motion Graphics designers support clients and account teams through end-to-end design and development of digital products, including videos and animations.
MG designers will incorporate strong program management, video editing, digital asset management, strategic planning, process improvement, and performance management to deliver top notch products.
What You Will Need : US Citizenship is requiredBachelor’s degree is requiredMinimum ONE (1) year of professional experience in a video production.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud products including Photoshop and Illustrator, strong Premiere Pro skills and After Affects skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookProfessional Skills : Demonstrated critical thinking, attention to detail, comfort with ambiguity and unstructured situations, and communication skillsDemonstrate flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasksAbility to obtain a minimum of Secret security clearanceAbility to travel up to 20%, if required as part of client engagementSupport Video Production Workstream
Support a video production workstream as part of a larger engagementSupport and develop motion graphics assets from start to finish (from brainstorming and storyboarding development to final edits and end-product)Organize digital assetsImplement accessibility measures such as closed captioningIncorporate feedback from account teams and clients into final products
Support Client Engagement Activities
Develop trusted relationships with clientsDevelop impactful visualizations, presentations, and client briefsSupport communications for internal and external client stakeholdersProvide weekly status updates on project progress to project manager and / or client
Demonstrate Professionalism & Teamwork
Understand firm capabilities and solutionsLead with quality, including creating high quality work products and deliverables
What Would Be Nice To Have : Formal training / education in video productionProven experience in a consulting and / or client-facing environmentSkill and experience in graphic design and / or UI / UX designActive security clearance
