Day to Day Responsibilities / project specifics :

This team is spearheading a brand new implementation where they are migrating their HCM system from PeopleSoft to Oracle. There is a need related to building the reports and training those on the team to convert the reports from PeopleSoft to Oracle. Examples of reports may include a bonus modeling report which may be used for modeling the bonus amounts for executives to understand liability. The report may include performance, salary, percentage given, etc. Another example is generating a work anniversary report or corrective action reports (looking at pending work, current work and completed work). All reports are documented and the team will provide guidance on creating specs for reports.
