Total Compensation Package Includes Base Salary Commissions Opportunities to Bonus = Range : $60,000 - $211,000 per year NO CAP COMMISSIONS = sell more, EARN MORE $$$! Producers selling over 100 items / month can make over $200,000 with our compensation package!

Responsibilities
- Achieve and surpass sales goals, develop new business, and cross-sell additional coverage to existing clients.
- Provide and maintain positive customer experiences.
- Actively train and improve product knowledge in order to provide clients with current, relevant advice.
- Ensure compliance with all state licensing requirements and agency policies.
- Manage and organize a sales pipeline
