At St. Luke’s, our dedicated team of Patient Access Specialists strive to build a positive, supportive, and inclusive culture that delivers exceptional patient experiences.
Schedule :
Monday-Friday 8 : 30am-5pm MTonsite.
What you can expect from this role :
This non-patient facing position supports financial health by validating insurance and benefits.
Submitting and monitoring insurance prior authorizations for various services at St. Luke's, and navigating pre-service denials.
This position works with patients, physicians, nurses, clinic managers, registration, and financial advocates to resolve issues that arise during the prior authorization process.
Use a variety of technologies, tools and resources to support departmental workflows.
Minimum qualifications for this role :
Education : High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience : 1 year of relevant experience
