As a Product Marketing Manager for Risk & Performance, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our products by championing customer insights, driving go-to-market strategies, and establishing market differentiation. Key Responsibilities :
Product Positioning & Messaging
Develop compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with buyers and decision-makers for our Risk & Performance product.Ensure messaging highlights differentiation and aligns with the company's overarching vision and goals.
Competitive Intelligence & Market Analysis
Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, opportunities, and threats.Monitor competitor activity and translate insights into actionable strategies for product development and go-to-market plans.Serve as a thought leader by sharing competitive insights with internal stakeholders and integrating findings into sales enablement materials.Customer-Centric Strategy
Collaborate with customer success, sales, and product teams to build a deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and workflows.Synthesize customer feedback (qualitative and quantitative) to shape product marketing strategies and prioritize innovation opportunities.
Go-to-Market Execution
Lead cross-functional teams in planning and executing successful product launchesDevelop and implement go-to-market strategies and campaigns targeting key verticals and personas.Partner with demand generation and content teams to deliver high-impact marketing materials that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.Sales Enablement & Collaboration
Equip sales teams with the tools, training, and resources they need to effectively position and sell Risk & Performance products.Create product collateral, presentations, objection-handling guides, and other enablement assets.Design cross-sell and upsell motions to maximize revenue opportunities across the portfolio.You're an ideal candidate for the role if you possess :

Salary Range$102,000.00 - $144,000.00This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications / skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include : health / vision / dental insurance, 401(k), PTO, parental leave, and medical leave, STD / LTD insurance benefits.
