We are seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator

to support fleet inventory activities and data management initiatives for our telecommunications services client in the Tampa, FL area. This role involves assisting with inventory tracking, data collection, validation, and normalization while collaborating with fleet teams to ensure efficient operations. Background in Telecommunications Construction is highly desired.

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for performing accurate data entry, maintaining inventory records, and generating reports using tools like PowerBI and Excel. Additionally, you will help coordinate project schedules, track progress, and address any blockers to keep initiatives on track. Some travel may be required to support field operations.

Requirements for the Telecommunications Project Coordinator : Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of data accurately, with a focus on consistency and precision.Strengths in data entry and familiarity with data concepts, ensuring data integrity throughout all stages.Project Coordination expertise with PMBOK / PMI methodologies and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.Comfortable with Microsoft Teams, PowerBI, and MS Office Suite (especially Excel) for data management and reporting.Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with various teams and stakeholders.Experience in telecommunications or telecommunications construction is ideal.
