Job Summary : The Coordinator, Promotions for Valory Music Company plays a key role in managing and executing promotional campaigns for artists and releases.
This role requires a blend of creativity, communication skills, and organizational abilities to drive awareness and increase the success of the label’s music releases.
Job Responsibilities : Compile both daily and weekly data reports to assist the Valory promotions team with an accurate breakdown of active records, including but not limited to a daily spin and chart update, weekly record tracking analysis, record forecasting, singles benchmarking, and spin reconciling.
Maintain and arrange radio requests such as purchase orders, products, liners, phoners, appearances, and promotions.Update artist calendars, databases, product inventory, look books, and mailing lists.
Book travel and hotels for radio winners and artists.Assist in organizing promotional events such as listening parties, artist meet-and-greets, and concerts.
Create graphics for numerous purposes, including the weekly Valory Volume report, radio promotions contest / giveaway packages, and team e-blasts.
Maintain relationships with each artist’s management team.Coordinate artists tickets for shows.

Required Experience : 1-2 years of work experience in a promotions or marketing role, preferably within the music industry or entertainment sector.
Required Skills : Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to thrive and be positive in a fast-paced environment.Strong time management skills.High agility and adaptability to change.
Ability to work independently; must be self-motivated.Ability to work collaboratively with fellow team members and other departments.
Must be able to maintain high confidentiality.
Education : Bachelor’s Degree in music business or communication or a related field preferred.
Supervisory Responsibilities : This position may oversee an intern each semester.
Travel Required : 0-10%
