Job SummaryThe Provider Network Communications Specialist is responsible for contributing to, maintaining, organizing, and executing, operational communications to the provider network. This role ensures the design, approval, and distribution of diverse content types across various channels, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with organizational mission and values, and compliance with federal and state guidelines. The Communications Specialist collaborates with various teams within a heavily matrixed environment to ensure the provider network is informed of health plan activities. This role will support the operational implementation of the strategic plan, related projects, and initiatives across the organization, and will serve as a resource for gathering and translating feedback related to provider communications, ensuring process improvements are identified and implemented appropriately.
