Have 10 years of full life cycle recruiting experience, with significant focus on marketing roles and leadership hiringHave a proven track record of successfully closing various level marketing talentDemonstrate deep understanding of various marketing disciplines across both B2B and consumer marketing, including how different marketing functions contribute to organizational successHave experience recruiting for diverse marketing roles ranging from technical B2B product marketing to consumer brand and growth marketingExcel at building relationships with passive candidates and maintaining long-term talent networksHave experience partnering with senior leadership and serving as a strategic talent advisorThrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and enjoy juggling multiple prioritiesHave excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as a proactive mindset and ability to operate with autonomyHave experience scaling and building diverse and high-performing teams in a fast-growth environmentAre passionate about AI's potential to positively impact the world and can effectively communicate this mission to candidatesStrong candidates may also :
