20,000 Sign on bonus plus shift differential in addition to hourly rate! Must Maintain a Full Time Status on NOC Shift.
The Primary Purpose of this job is to provide Quality Nursing Care to the residents and to supervise the day-to-day nursing functions performed by the Nursing Assistants and coordinate all aspects of resident's care with other disciplines in the facility.
Job duties are in accordance with the current Federal and state Regulations that govern the facility.
ResponsibilitiesAssist in the Admission / Discharge processComplete accident / incident reports, follow up investigation processTranscribe Physician orders, document all resident information as necessary, notify the physician and family as needed.Review medication orders for completeness of information and accuracyBe willing to learn electronic Medical record systems and be flexible to change as neededPrepare and administer medication as order by the physicianBe familiar with the Care Planning Process and participate in Care conferences, updating as neededDevelop and maintain a good working rapport with all disciplines to ensure that all aspects of residents needs can be adequately maintainedBe willing to participate in continuing educations programsMust be currently Licensed to Practice as an Registered Nurse in WisconsinShould be able to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies / personnel and the general publicRequired licenses or certifications : Registered Nurse
