Position DescriptionAudio Visual Enterprise Account Manager (EAM)

JOB SUMMARYThe role of Enterprise Account Manager (EAM) requires marked experience in AV Sales, excellent customer relationship skills, effective communication skills, strong organizational behaviors, solid task management, and demonstrated prospecting and lead networking skills to create customer demand and develop sales opportunities.

This includes developing long-term relationships with senior executives and functional stakeholders in key strategic accounts. As an Enterprise Account Manager, your principal responsibility is to acquire new customers and maintain existing ones.

Ideally, the candidate will be high-energy, strategically minded, naturally inquisitive, technology-savvy, and demonstrate prior experience with a successful history of building long-term strategic relationships with Enterprise-type customers. You should be able to demonstrate strong customer acuity, an understanding of each customer's technology footprint, strategic growth vision, technology strategy, and the competitive landscape.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales booking goals.Generate leads through creative and aggressive prospecting for new prospects and the assigned IVCi customer base in Salesforce.Develop and maintain a strong rolling sales pipeline with qualified opportunities to meet sales goals.Promote all IVCi products and services.Create and drive sales opportunities for IVCi Managed Video Experience (MVE) Services.Proactively review inactive customer relationships and identify opportunities to upsell IVCi's services.Pursue transactional (Box) sales opportunities.Deliver presentations that promote IVCi's value proposition across all services.Work effectively in a team environment, acting as a liaison with departments such as Operations, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales Management.Compile and prepare sales proposals, presentations, and PDF overviews that highlight IVCi's expertise and portfolio.Participate in customer presentations and quarterly business reviews.Engage in key manufacturer training and review literature to present effective solutions to customers and prospects.Review bid specifications, outline IVCi requirements, deadlines, and risks for bid opportunities.Support customer and prospect requests while meeting internal department requirements.Facilitate the order processing submission process, ensuring detailed pricing and associated costs align with customer contracts or purchase orders.REQUIRED SKILLS / CAPABILITIES

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a successful AV seller.Bachelor's degree in a related field or commensurate experience.Strong knowledge of and ability to learn new technologies and products.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal and customer interface skills.Superior time management skills.Audiovisual installation and venue / event management experience (preferred).Applicable manufacturer training and certifications (preferred).Ability to read, analyze, and interpret scientific / technical journals, manuals, publications, financial reports, and technical documents.Skilled in presenting information to management, public groups, and clients.Strong problem-solving ability, with skills in data collection, fact establishment, and valid conclusion drawing.
