Help in the creation, organization, and distribution of marketing and sales materials within the various events and promotional content we utilize to enhance client engagement and overall brand exposureWork closely with the marketing and sales teams to brainstorm and contribute innovative ideas for future campaigns, ensuring fresh and compelling approaches to customer outreach.
Provide critical support to the sales and marketing team, including managing data entry, handling client follow-ups, and scheduling appointments.
Review research on market and sales strategy conditions, competitor activities, and emerging industry trends to identify new sales opportunities and ensure the company stays ahead in the marketplace while increasing revenue and acquisition within the local areaAssist with the planning, coordination, and logistics for client-facing events, including campaigns, product launches, and networking sessions to boost brand awareness and foster client relationships.
Prepare analysis reports to monitor campaign performance, track sales metrics, and evaluate success using defined KPIs.Respond to customer inquiries and provide general support to both marketing and sales teams, ensuring a seamless client experience and maintaining strong relationships.
Qualifications : Must be 18 years or olderHigh school diploma or GED requiredStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information and build rapport with clients.
