Position Overview : We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager who is dynamic, resourceful, and ready to lead our brand into the marketplace. This multifaceted role requires a blend of sales acumen, industry-specific knowledge, and a passion for hospitality. As the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and executing our marketing and sales strategies. Key responsibilities include :
PricingDirect-to-consumer salesRestaurant partnershipsWine club and allocation managementOverseeing tastings once our facility is operationalThis role reports directly to the Founder & CEO of Twice Tyger.
Performance-Based Incentives : Sales Bonuses : Based on metrics such as revenue growth, wine club membership expansion, and event sales, potentially adding 10-20% to the base salary to directly reward impactful efforts.Commission : A 5% commission on net sales.
