SERVICE WRITER NEEDED
For Daugherty’s Body Shop
and Service Center
Located in Taylorsville Kentucky
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Service Writer to join
our team.
As a Service Writer, you will be responsible for effectively
communicating with customers to determine their automotive service needs
and ensuring a smooth workflow in our service department.
Responsibilities :
Greet customers and ascertain what each customer needs.
Clearly explain information about the services available.
Write service orders and descriptions of problems and repairs.
Maintain customer records by recording service and repairs.
Communicate effectively with customers and service staff to ensure timely completion of repairs.
Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
Scheduling appointments.
Requirements :
Must have Auto Service Industry experience
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Proficiency with computer systems and software.
