Key Responsibilities
- Write, edit, and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user guides, installation manuals, API documentation, and troubleshooting articles.
- Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), engineers, and product teams to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into clear, user-friendly documentation.
- Structure documentation for easy navigation, ensuring content is searchable and accessible.
- Use MadCap Flare (preferred) or other authoring tools to develop and publish content.
- Maintain version control of documentation to align with software releases and updates.
- Review and improve existing documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Gather feedback from users and internal teams to enhance documentation usability.
- Assist in developing training materials and online help systems as needed.
- Ensure documentation adheres to company style guides and branding standards.
