The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, strategic communications, and program analysis and will have excellent analytical skills and experience in a government or healthcare setting.
Responsibilities :
Provide analytical support for program management and strategic communications tasks ensuring alignment with mission and strategic goals.Create executive-level reports and presentations to communicate business needs evaluation, strategic initiatives, multi-year planning, project progress, and outcomes to leadership.Assist in the strategic planning, development, and implementation of communication strategies to enhance stakeholder engagement and information dissemination.Utilize project management software to track project progress and deliverables.Collaborate with team members to ensure project milestones are met and align with strategic goals, effective communication with stakeholders, and alignment with Capability Architectures and Business Frameworks.Support Multi-Year Programming (MYP) processes, ensuring strategic alignment of IT investments and business needs.Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Healthcare Management, Communications, or related field.7 years of experience, including program management support, strategic communications, program analysis or relevant experienceStrong analytical and communication skills.Proficiency in project management software and / or MS Office Suite.Excellent interpersonal skills.
