The SEM will develop proactive communication strategies and campaigns, initiate outreach and foster open communication across a broad stakeholder network, craft and disseminate promotional materials via social media and other conventional channels, and nurture stakeholder relationships. The SEM will develop mechanisms to identify and analyze trends and influence trend movement with stakeholder engagement strategies. The SEM will develop, organize, maintain, and distribute exercise program content on digital platforms, as directed.The SEM supports the sustained delivery of a comprehensive full-spectrum exercise support service in compliance with HSEEP guidelines. HSEEP defines two types of exercises : discussion-based and operations-based. Discussion-based exercises familiarize participants with plans, policies, agreements, and procedures. Examples of these exercises are seminars, workshops, tabletop exercises, and games. Operations-based exercises validate the plans, policies, agreements, and procedures that were reviewed in discussion-based exercises. Examples of operations-based exercises are drills, functional exercises, and full-scale exercises.Qualifications
