Manages Switchboard, Dispatch, and MedComm operators who must provide a high level of customer service while receiving, transferring, documenting and dispatching all emergency and routine communications throughout the hospital, including internal calls to maintenance, security, biomed, shuttle, etc.

This role also oversees MedComm who supports the communication for the air medical transport and regional ambulance transport teams.
