Tax Accountant

Location : On-site in Media, Pennsylvania, United States

Salary : $85,000 - $125,000 per year

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other reports for accuracy and compliance.

Manage tax compliance for various organizations, ensuring accurate and timely filings.

Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns in accordance with tax laws.

Provide strategic tax consulting, partnering with clients to align business strategies with firm guidance.

Stay current with tax, business, and accounting developments.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's in Accounting or relevant field required.

Experience : 3 years in public accounting.

Preferred : CPA preferred, but not required. Candidates in the process of CPA testing are encouraged to apply.

Technical Skills :

Proficient in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook), and tax software such as GoFileRoom, Ultra Tax, and Fixed Assets.
