This pivotal role combines technical expertise with customer-facing skills to drive the adoption and success of Crestron's cutting-edge products and technologies.As an individual contributor reporting to the Director of Technical Sales, you'll spearhead our technical field engagement strategy. Your comprehensive knowledge of Crestron's offerings will position you as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through the entire technology lifecycle - from initial purchasing decisions to final implementation.In this role, you'll collaborate closely with Regional Sales and Account Managers, providing crucial technical sales support to influence sales, streamline deployments, and boost technology adoption. Your ability to design, implement, measure, and manage complex AV & UC solutions will be key to our success.Most importantly, you'll serve as the voice of the customer within Crestron. Serve as the dedicated technical resource for Crestron products and technologiesProvide technical guidance during the sales process to internal and external stakeholdersUncover business development opportunities through client, partner, and dealer interactionsRepresent Crestron at major trade shows and eventsQualifications

5 years of experience in technical pre-sales or consulting rolesExceptional communication and presentation skillsStrong technical solution selling experienceProven track record of exceeding goals and expectationsAbility to engage effectively with senior executivesIn-depth knowledge of meetings and collaboration technologiesExperience with business analytics and data modelingProficiency in large scale networkingExcellent project management and organizational skillsEducation and Certifications

Bachelor's degree (preferred)Avixa CTS, CTS-D, and / or CTS-I (preferred)Crestron and other industry certifications a plusThe Ideal Candidate : We're looking for a driven individual with a growth mindset and a passion for technology.
