This can be a remote position if you do not live within daily driving distance of our office in Jonesboro, AR.
Scope :
The Project Manager works with the Optus sales team, customers, technical experts and subcontractors to facilitate project rollouts and installations from start to finish. This includes reviewing SOWs, creating and maintaining project plans and schedules, scheduling technicians, documenting progress, ensuring all deliverables have been met and ensuring customer satisfaction.Responsibilities :
Functional
Assist in the development and review of project SOWsDevelop project plans and schedules necessary for the successful completion of projects and rolloutsNegotiate, schedule and coordinate project resources as needed, leveraging Optus resources whenever possiblePlace and\or coordinate equipment and material orders and shipments needed for projectsManage project scope, create change orders when needed and gain customer approvals prior to authorizing additional workConduct conference calls with customers and vendors to update project progress and statusAble to estimate costs and take necessary action to keep projects on schedule and on budgetGather all project documentation, deliverables and project costs to ensure proper costing and customer invoicing to complete a projectAssist with the development of internal process documentation and external customer documentationContinually look for opportunities to improve the pre or post project\installation processesHandles complex and long term projectsWork is managed at project milestonesModel appropriate behavior in regards to Optus' Core Values and Code of Ethics policies and supports Optus' team approach to quality to drive Optus forwardOther duties or tasks as assigned by management

Requirements :
Bachelor's degree (BA / BS) or equivalent experience3-5 years of project coordination or project management experience. Prefer experience in a progressive, technically oriented environmentProject Management certification (CAPM, PMP, or equivalent) or equivalent experienceExperience utilizing Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project and OutlookAttention to detail and great organizational skillsMust be a team player with a positive attitude and able to demonstrate excellent customer service skillsThis position requires the successful candidate to be able to multi-task, work within externally developed deadlines, and respond promptly and efficiently to change.
