Surface / Patter / Textile Design Assistant
to support the development of creative printed designs for textile and décor products across various retail markets, from mass to fashion. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, including Product Development and Production, to bring concepts to completion. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for trends, strong technical skills, and a passion for innovative design.Responsibilities : Assist in creating print and pattern designs tailored to seasonal and trend-specific needs.Research trends and develop fresh, innovative design concepts.Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution from concept to final product.Adhere to design department procedures and meet all project deadlines.Manage multiple projects, handling revisions, scheduling, and technical challenges efficiently.Contribute as a collaborative and proactive team player.Qualifications : Degree in Illustration, Fabric / Textile Design, or a related field.2-3 years of experience designing prints for apparel or fashion (experience in home textiles and seasonal designs is a plus)Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.Strong ability to interpret trends and translate them into compelling designs.Excellent time management and organizational skills.We are looking for a
