Responsibilities :
- Estimation : Prepare detailed cost estimates for custom roof and floor trusses based on project blueprints, specifications, and client requirements.
- Material Analysis : Conduct thorough material take-offs and analysis to determine the quantities and types of materials needed for each project.
- Cost Optimization : Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality and functionality.
- Proposal Development : Create comprehensive proposals and bid packages that outline project scope, pricing, and timelines.
- Vendor Relations : Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to obtain competitive pricing and ensure timely delivery of materials.
