This person will oversee all things related to holding company marketing, including building brand awareness and credibility within the tax and accounting industry. In addition, this person will develop and support the marketing function across our portfolio of operating companies.What’s in it for you : Flexible work environment (hybrid)Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits package401(k) with employer matchUnlimited PTOOpportunity to build and lead all Marketing functionsA supportive culture to allow you to live a fulfilling, happy, and impactful lifeKey Responsibilities : Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for our holding company, with an eye toward establishing Baysora as the preferred acquiror of tax and accounting firmsDevelop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies in partnership with our operating companies to drive organic growthOversee brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for new and current operating companiesDevelop and maintain Baysora’s online presence, including websites and social media accountsCreate and publish content to help establish Baysora’s reputation within the industryIdentify and develop a strategy for participation in industry events, associations, and sponsorshipsBuild and manage a centralized marketing team that provides expertise in digital marketing, branding, content strategy, and performance marketingImplement scalable marketing processes and best practices to be shared across the portfolioEstablish, track, and report on marketing KPIs; evolve strategies to increase ROIRequired Skills : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)8-10 years of progressive marketing leadership experience, preferably within a private equity, holding company, or multi-brand environmentRelevant experience across multiple marketing disciplines, including digital marketing, demand generation, content marketing, branding, events and sponsorships, etc.Data-driven with an ability to pull out insights from KPIs and develop action plansPreferred Skills : Service-oriented mentality when working with operating companiesAbility to build trust with firm owners and their teamsAbility to be a thought partner to the CEO and other executives at the holding company
