About the Role
This is an on-site position that requires collaboration with key business leaders to set merchandising and design direction for over 40,000 B2B products. As the head of our Creative department, you will oversee the production of our award-winning catalog and ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
Responsibilities
- Direct Uline's Creative department, leveraging in-depth industrial product knowledge and industry trends to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop merchandising and design direction for a vast portfolio of products.
- Approve all catalog pages, direct mail, web design, art, photo, and copy materials to uphold brand standards.
- Make timely creative decisions to meet multiple deadlines and drive business results.
- Manage departmental budgets and resolve production-related issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- 15 years of B2B industry experience, including project management and leadership skills.
- Extensive expertise in catalog production, print design, advertising, marketing, direct-mail, and digital promotional techniques.
- Familiarity with digital asset and catalog management systems, as well as Adobe Suite.
