What are the responsibilities and job description for the Video Production Crew position at Mediabistro?
The South Carolina Stingrays are looking for production crew members for in-game presentations and streaming platforms. The Stingrays are seeking camera operators, technical directors, replay operators, and audio technicians. Applicants must be able to attend most Stingrays home games (36 regular season games). You will capture gameplay, live fan shots, and fan engagement elements during games. This is a game-day position.
Essential Functions :
Assist in game day production setup / breakdownKnowledge of technical directing, replay operations, and camera operations and / or other production equipmentOperate the audio soundboard as ingame DJUnderstand the basics of exposure, focus and composition within video productionAbility to walk and stand for long periods of time and can carry up to 35 poundsAbility to take direction and work in a fast-paced environmentQualifications & Requirements :
Must have a flexible schedule including nights and weekendsMust be comfortable to work in fast paced, high pressure environmentKeep a professional demeanor with the ability to interact with fans, staff members, players, coaches, and front office executives.Able to attend the majority of Stingrays home games.
