Duties and Responsibilities
- The Program Manager shall have demonstrated experience providing administrative oversight, corporate management, and ability to provide overall technical, schedule, and cost direction.
- Proven ability to lead and direct challenging projects and execute Assignments independently within the scope of the contract.
- Establish and maintain schedules, and ensure quality delivery in accordance with customer and stakeholder needs
- Actively communicate with clients to understand and define current needs and priorities
- Manage budgets, prepare cost estimates, and track resources using financial management tools
- Perform continuous risk assessment and mitigation; work with management to identify and remove resource, feasibility, and technical barriers that can impede development
- Maintain a positive, results-oriented work environment by building partnerships with internal and external partners
- Manage direct reports as well as a matrixed team, leading cross-disciplinary efforts to develop, iterate, and refine digital solutions
- Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, innovation, and excellence in the work environment and continuously elevate the quality and caliber of the organization

The physical demands described herein are representative of those which must be met by an employee
to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Employees must possess the ability to work in a standard office or conference room setting and use standard office equipment, including a computer.
To visit other company sites, employees must be able to operate a motor vehicle and fly in an aircraft, both of which may require sitting for prolonged periods of time. Employees must possess vision to read printed materials and a computer screen; and hearing and speech to communicate in person, before groups and over the telephone. Standing in work areas and walking between work areas will be required. This position requires an employee to occasionally bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb or balance; reach, push, and pull drawers and doors open and closed. The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 20 pounds.
