Creation of design and graphic assets representative of AJ brand value. Playing a crucial role in the visual design formula on and creation on process and staying ahead of the curve with current trends. Solving information on design challenges and adding clarity to AJ 's array of outputROLE RESPONSIBILITIES : Take ownership of and execute projects, outlining the initial creative vision, creating storyboards, and executing design conceptsCreate high impact graphics and compose 2D and 3D animation used for final productionCreate storyboards, development and communication of creative solutions and application on of ideas.Create and expand ideas from concept on into actual brand graphic packages .Produce high quality motion graphics / branding designs.Collaborate with other team members on major projects .Participate actively in brainstorms, contributing to new ideas and developmentsConceptualize / Brainstorm on projects / deliverables based on the creative brief or assignment / task with the Senior Motion Designer or Head of GraphicsEnhance the delivery of output across AJ Effective team working skills, experience of working alone or in a team, maintaining good working relationships with colleagues.Work on different projects simultaneouslyOTHER RESPONSIBILITIES : Remain up to date on the latest developments in the field and be involved with design organizationsAssist other department sections in execution of graphic and related creative materials at peak timesParticipate in taking the design direction of AJ forward with a key emphasis on stream based outputField design and setup of interactive solutions for special coverage
