What You’ll Do:
- Design & Build Websites: Develop visually engaging, user-friendly designs that meet client goals and brand standards.
- Leverage AI & Elementor: Create responsive, modern websites using contemporary tools and frameworks.
- Work with WordPress: Customize themes in WordPress to deliver unique client experiences.
- Focus on UI/UX: Apply best practices to craft intuitive, effective user experiences.
- Collaborate: Work closely with Mediagistic teams to understand project requirements and ensure high-quality results.
- Learn & Innovate: Stay current on emerging design and AI trends to keep our offerings on the cutting edge.

What We’re Looking For:
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Coursework or internship experience in web design (a plus).
- Experience with Elementor or similar page builders.
- A portfolio of relevant projects.
- Skills & Tools:
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience using AI for tasks such as writing emails, proposals, and content, as well as integrating AI into websites.
- Understanding of web standards, cross-browser compatibility, and testing.
- Character Attributes:
- Collaborative and dependable, with a willingness to contribute ideas.
- Strong communication skills for working with both internal teams and clients.

Located in Hidden River Parkway (I-75/Fletcher - near USF). This position reports to the office 5 days per week (Monday - Friday) with limited remote flexibility.
