We are seeking a No/Low-Code Developer (SmartSuite, API, PowerAutomate) to join our Development Team.
Location: This is a fully remote, work from home position for our headquarters in Tampa, FL.

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative No/Low-Code Developer to join our Development Team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and optimizing business processes using a tech stack that includes SmartSuite, API integrations, and PowerAutomate. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, driving efficiency and effectiveness through no/low-code solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using SmartSuite.
- Create automated workflows and business processes using PowerAutomate.
- Integrate various systems and tools using APIs to streamline operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure the scalability and reliability of applications and workflows.
- Provide technical support to team members and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in no/low-code technology.
- Work diligently, independently, and proactively to solve problems, exhibiting superior time management skills
- Document workflows, integrations, and automation processes to provide clear references for stakeholders and future development.
Professional Skills Required:
- 2-5 years proven experience in no/low-code platforms, especially PowerAutomate
- Strong understanding of API integrations and their application in business processes
- Strong understanding of SQL and data structures
- Python experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience documenting workflows and automation processes
- Knowledge and experience applying best practices in software development, including modular design, maintainability, and performance optimization
Work Environment:
- This position requires working at a computer, sitting or standing for long periods of time, in your own home office environment.
- Occasional travel to meetings in person in our Tampa, FL office may be required.
