- Epic certification in either Resolute Professional Billing Administration OR Resolute Professional Billing Claims and Remittance Administration.
- Bachelor’s Degree is required; Master’s Degree preferred.
- 5 years of experience in EHR application implementation and/or support, including responsibility for complex builds and integrations.
- Experience managing multiple EHR applications through the full lifecycle of implementation to go-live to optimization.
- On-site needed for high level meetings and milestones
