Master Control Operator
The Master Control Operator will be responsible for the quality control and seamless operation of live playout systems.
Responsibilities:
· Ensure the seamless delivery of media content.
· Responsible for the operation of live playout systems.
· Conduct quality control (QC) checks on video and audio assets.
· Diligently monitor system performance, and promptly address any technical issues to avoid disruptions.
· Effectively manage and schedule playlists following outlined processes and procedures.
· Verify the accuracy of media assets when managing and scheduling playlists.
· Promptly troubleshoot playout errors following the designed protocols.
· Collaborate with the technical and production teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience or combination of education and work experience.
- Technical experience and in a broadcast environment a plus.
- Highly detail-oriented with ability to diligently follow quality control processes and procedures.
- Technical/computer skills and experience including Outlook and Microsoft Office.
- Bilingual English and Spanish
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of assigned projects and exercise resourcefulness and creativity in obtaining solutions.

- Must be willing to work on-site in the Miami/Medley area
- Must be willing to submit to a background investigation
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
- Willingness to work overtime, and on weekends with short notice.
- Comfortable learning and using program scheduling and cloud-based environment playout systems.
- Must be available to work all shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, holidays, weekends, late breaking news and hurricane emergencies.
- Must be willing to facilitate personnel requirements including late and/or last-minute scheduling changes in a 24/7 production work environment.
- Must acknowledge and adhere to the MEDIAPRO Employee Manual, Code of Ethics, and Arbitration Agreement as applicable
