Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to generate new business, maintain client relationships, and drive sales of our custom signage solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand customer needs in a creative and technical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential customers, including businesses, contractors, and designers.
- Client Consultation: Work with clients to understand their signage needs, providing tailored recommendations and design solutions.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure smooth project execution from order to installation.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, materials, and technologies to provide customers with innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in signage, printing, construction, or a related industry.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings or specifications is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with sign fabrication materials and processes is a bonus.
