Job Description

MediaScher is seeking a talented Videographer who is passionate about visual storytelling and skilled in operating professional camera, lighting, and sound equipment. This role requires someone who can lead on-set production, manage clients during shoots, and organize footage for post-production. The ideal candidate embodies MediaScher’s core values:

Key Responsibilities

• Operate professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment to capture high-quality video content.
• Lead video shoots, ensuring the best angles, lighting, and overall production quality.
• Manage clients on set, providing direction and maintaining a professional experience.
• Organize, back up, and prepare footage for post-production.
• Edit video content as needed, ensuring a polished final product.
• Work closely with Social Media Coordinators, Managers, and the Creative Director to bring projects to life.
• Keep up with industry trends and apply creative insights to enhance content.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• Strong experience in videography and on-set production.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and thinking creatively to solve challenges.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills for handling multiple projects.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills; providing a top-tier client experience is key.
• Ability to direct shoots, manage equipment, and ensure high production quality.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects and Photoshop are a plus).
