Mediate Management Company is seeking a full-time Licensed Master Plumber to join our maintenance team.
The ideal applicant is self-motivated, efficient, has an excellent work ethic, customer service experience, ability to communicate clearly with the co-workers and clients and have general maintenance skills to complement their plumbing abilities.
Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Valid master plumber’s license
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in general maintenance
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass a criminal background and credit check
- Move, lift, push, or carry objects weighing less than or equal to 60 pounds, unassisted.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, kneeling, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
- This position requires English proficiency.
- Must be able to participate and be a part of our on-call rotation. As part of a rotation basis with the other maintenance employees you will be On-Call for a period of 7 days, Tuesday through Monday after business hours on weekdays and 24 hours on the weekend.
- Must participate in snow removal activity and/or provide emergency services during snow activity.

Work Conditions:
- This job operates predominantly in residential environments, sometimes in business and office environments
- May require work outdoors in inclement weather
- Overtime may be required to assist with emergencies or to meet deadlines
- Ability to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces
- Travel to a variety of work sites every day
