About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional individual with a strong background in RF/analog/mixed-signal circuits and systems, and broad knowledge to exploit them toward wide applications. You will be responsible for managing and leading cross-functional teams for new technology development, pioneering architectures, circuits, algorithms, and systems that are ahead of academic research and may ramp to production within a few years.
Responsibilities
- Explore technology and market opportunities for the next 3-10 years.
- Proficient in technical pitches to attain buy-in from both internal and external customers.
- Manage and lead cross-functional teams for new technology development.
- Pioneer architectures, circuits, algorithms, and systems that are ahead of academic research and may ramp to production within a few years.
- Set and maintain detailed technical specifications and schedules.
The ideal candidate will have experience in designing substantial parts of wireless or wireline transceivers including analog baseband circuits, and familiar with programming and scripting for design automation.
