Key Job Responsibilities:
- Develop next-generation power management circuits, collaborating with layout teams and supporting DVT teams.
- Design advanced power converters for current and emerging applications.
- Circuit design of analog/mixed-signal IPs, including SMPS, LDOs, drivers, amplifiers, and voltage references.
- Support system evaluation and test plans.
Qualifications:
- MSEE with 6 years or PhD with 4 years experience in integrated power IC design.
- Strong knowledge of various DC-DC topologies, control loop design, power devices, and magnetic components.
- Comprehensive simulation skills in Cadence environment.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and hands-on lab experience.
- Understanding of device physics, device reliability analysis, and ESD/latch-up.
