Job Description- Project management : Managing the entire lifecycle of IC projects, from product planning, RFI / RFQ engagement to mass production / RMA, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Technical coordination : Collaborating across analog, digital, physical design, and system application teams to ensure seamless integration and project execution.
- Risk management : Identifying and mitigating technical risks that could impact project success.
- Cross-functional leadership : Facilitating communication between stakeholders and technical teams, internally and externally, to drive project success.
- A strong technical background in IC design and excellent leadership skills are essential for this role.
Salary range : $175,000 - $260,000
Employee may be eligible for performance bonus, short and long term incentive programs. Actual total compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
