Responsibilities
- Design RF transceiver building blocks including PA, LNA, Mixer, Amplifier, VCO, PLL, Baseband Filter, or VGA, mmWave phased array, etc.
- Review design specification based on system requirements.
- Communicate with baseband algorithm, RF system, device and layout teams.
- Present topology studies, design consideration, simulation and verification plan.
- Conduct lab measurement and report design-vs- silicon correlation.
Qualifications - Fresh Ph.D. graduate in the field of analog / RF circuit design with CMOS process.
Required Skills
Preferred Skills - Industry silicon experience is preferred.

Salary range : $125,000- $190,000
Employee may be eligible for performance bonus, short and long term incentive programs. Actual total compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
