Role Overview and qualifications:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Attorney, who currently resides in the State of New Mexico, to assist with our Litigation and/or Bankruptcy needs. You will play a pivotal role in advocating for our clients facing challenging financial situations. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a diverse range of cases and make a meaningful impact on the lives of those seeking expert legal guidance.

- High level of professionalism and commitment to abiding by all local, state, and federal laws.
- Desire to provide excellent and competent Client service.
- Reliability, responsiveness, accountability, punctuality and respect for deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to develop case strategies.
- Ability to negotiate and effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
- Good organizational skills, adaptability and attention to detail.
- Civil Litigation, Bankruptcy and/or Legal Debt Resolution experience and knowledge preferred.
