In this dual role, the employee will be responsible for generating business from assigned territory referral sources to meet territory and agency revenue and census goals, developing and implementing programs to raise and establish community connections by conducting personalized visitations to all primary referral sources, and interacting in the community with interested parties and promote company services. As a Hospice Coordinator, the employee will provide general administrative support by providing impeccable customer service to our clients and overall coordination for volunteer management functions.
Qualifications
- Spanish Bilingual preferred.
- LVN preferred.
- Valid TX State Driver's License.
- Prior marketing/sales experience for: Home Health, Hospice, or Nursing Homes preferred.
- Understand and articulate the Hospice/Home Health philosophy.
- Great communication skills at all levels.
