Description

The Provider Contract Operations Specialist ensures that provider contracts and associated documents are accurate and completed in a timely manner by reviewing, researching and drafting contracts, generating contracts for signature and load final contractual information into applicable systems. This role partners closely with the contracting managers. This is an intermediate level administrative position and is accountable for some complex administrative responsibilities with limited supervision.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum requirement is HS diploma, or equivalent
  • 2 years of related experience, i.e. healthcare data entry, contracting or provider specific experience required

Skills and Abilities

  • Familiarity with SYMFACT and / or COPIS preferred with the ability to learn new systems
  • Performance driven individual who demonstrates strong initiative
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required at all levels within the organization, including C-Suite Executives
  • Accountable : Able to meet standards for production, quality and turn-around time
  • Quick Learner : Able to learn quickly and respond to a changing industry and operational environment
  • Results Focused : Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with a focus on results versus activity

  • This position is a Hub role, which requires an employee to occasionally come onsite to the designated office, Minnetonka MN, for applicable heads-up work. Frequency is determined by business need as decided by leadership.

    The full salary range for this position is $44,900 - $77,000. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and / or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data.
