As an LPN at Medical 1, you will play a critical role in providing direct patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to deliver personalized and comprehensive care to our patients.
Responsibilities :
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Physician
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
