We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to work in a Rural Health Clinic in Southern Colorado. The Provider would work Mon-Fri (8 : 30am-5 : 00pm) with the possibility of working 4X10 hour shifts. The patient mix consists of a high Medicaid and Indigent Care population ranging from Pediatrics through Geriatrics with patients presenting with routine, chronic and acute | non emergent medical conditions. The Provider would work in collaboration with other Providers and Physician support during clinic hours. Excellent opportunity for new | recent graduates to grow their skills.
The Base salary range is $,-$, (Depending Upon Experience) with incentives, loan repayment program through up to $50,. Expected patient load : 18-20 patients in clinic per day
Radiology services -slice CT scanner, 1.5 Tesla MRI, onsite radiology 4 days per week, 24|7 remote tele-radiology services, limited interventional radiology available

Paid Time Off
