YOUR IMPACT
The Transportation Coordination team ensures seamless transport logistics and exceptional support for our members. Picture receiving a call at 6:30 PM from a member needing to reach a hospital 500 miles away by 5:00 AM for a life-saving procedure. You will coordinate with air ambulance providers, ensuring efficient door-to-door service, and delivering the reassurance and expertise our members rely on during urgent situations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Reporting to our Transportation Manager, you will ensure seamless day-to-day operations, providing expert guidance to team members, and delivering an outstanding experience for our members.
- Provide exceptional member support by addressing concerns with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency.
- Assist in training and onboarding new team members, ensuring a strong and knowledgeable team.
- Lead real-time coaching, quality reviews, and performance monitoring to drive service excellence.
- Act as the first point of contact for escalated issues, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.
- Oversee emergency and non-emergency transport logistics, collaborating with providers and medical staff.
- Support financial requests, documentation, and compliance processes.
- Manage on-call responsibilities as part of a rotational schedule.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5 years of experience in customer service, claims processing, or transportation and logistics, with 1 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to work on-call shifts, including overnights and some weekends.
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
