COMPENSATION: Monthly salary USD 1.327 / TTD 9.026, plus paid time off in compliance with local regulations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Reporting to our International Operations Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:
- Support daily operations, scheduling, and project management.
- Assist international offices and provide administrative support.
- Help with hiring, onboarding, and employee training.
- Maintain records, ensure policy compliance, and streamline communication.
- Handle member inquiries, process payments, and manage enrollments.
- Uphold a professional and positive demeanor in all interactions.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 3 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and strong computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational abilities with high attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage time effectively.
- A self-starter who can work both independently and as part of a team.
- A problem-solver who can proactively identify and resolve operational challenges.
