The FDC Clinical Nurse Manager is a full-time role responsible for managing the daily clinical operations within their designated area at the Fayetteville Diagnostic Clinic. In addition to these responsibilities, the clinical nurse manager may be required to assist in any department or specialty that is short-staffed, ensuring that high-quality patient care is consistently maintained.

Responsibilities
- Anticipates and ensures adequate inventory of supplies and medications available
- Assists with projects and provides support to Clinic Operations Manager, Physicians and Clinic Director.
- Coordinate education/check-offs for current staff and maintain CPR records/schedule training.
- Functions as a licensed nurse by filling in when required.
- Directs the development, supervision, evaluation of FDC nursing staff and ensures personnel are available for daily workloads.
- Ensures personnel are available for daily workloads and coordinates call outs and time off requests as well as respective payroll timekeeping.
Qualifications
- Minimum requirements include a graduation certificate from an accredited RN school of nursing, degree preferred
- current State LPN/RN licensure
- Maintains basic Cardiac Life Support Certification
