NWA Psychiatry, a MANA Clinic is seeking an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor to join our team providing counseling services to the child, adolescent and adult population in the Northwest Arkansas area.
We are looking for someone who can work independently but also is a team player and can work collaboratively. Someone who is looking to grow in their leadership and career and has high integrity. We provide credentialing, benefits, and a system of referrals.
All eligible candidates must have one of the following independent licenses in Arkansas:
- LPC or LCSW

Responsibilities
- Conduct regular appointments with patients who wish to converse with a mental health professional
- Record and maintain adequate notes about patient visits
- Educate and involve family members or other loved ones in the treatment process when necessary
Qualifications
- Graduate Degree (MBA / MA / etc.) in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work
- Meet all necessary state licensure requirements for terminal licensure
- 2 years of related experience and/or training
- Preferred EMDR Certification
