Opportunity Overview :

We are seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Associate to join our team in Norwood, MA. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our growth goals for 2024 and be a part of our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales and Lead Generation :

Execute effective selling strategies to generate new business.

Conduct door-to-door visits and make cold calls to identify and qualify leads.

Schedule and attend meetings, demonstrating knowledge of medical billing needs.

Draft proposals and contracts as part of opportunity management.

  • Marketing Support :
  • Collaborate on new marketing tactics and utilize CRM systems for lead tracking.

    Assist in creating marketing materials and professional-looking documents.

  • Communication and Presentation :
  • Exhibit a friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills.

    Utilize Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for clean, professional proposals.

  • Self-Starter and Team Player :
  • Operate with independence and thrive in a small business environment.

    React promptly to business needs with resourcefulness and composure.

    Showcase flexibility in wearing multiple hats as often needed.

    Qualifications : Bachelor's degree

    Strong sales and marketing experience

    Ability and willingness for door-to-door visits and cold calls

    Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices

    Understanding of the medical practice environment

    Understanding of the healthcare insurance industry and claims processing

    Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills

    Professional appearance and demeanor

    Excellent communication skills with natural ability to build rapport with leads

    High degree of self-confidence without being arrogant

    Dedication to a strong work ethic

    Natural problem-solving skills and a positive attitude

    High attention to fine details and quality

    Compensation :

    Commission-based with no cap on income potential

    Sales and marketing material expenses covered by MBS.
